Classic broccoli salad is usually loaded down with mayonnaise and bacon. This version adds a touch of sweetness with grapes and a hint of smokiness with the dressing. Plus, it only requires 5 ingredients! Make a batch at the start of the week for lunchboxes or an easy side dish for dinner.
Tip: “Broccoli is an excellent source of Vitamin C, making 1 cup of broccoli florets and 1 orange about the same.” Katie, Official Registered Dietitian of Produce for Kids, mom of three and author of MomtoMomNutrition.com
